Returns & Exchanges

We have a no-return and 7-day exchange policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request an exchange. We do not issue refunds at this time. You may start your exchange by contacting [email protected]. Items sent back to us without requesting an approval first, will not be honored.

We want to make sure Bisa Bella Design Co. customers are completely satisfied. If your exchange is approved, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send the package.

Damages & Issues: Please inspect your order upon receiving it and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. We will evaluate the situation on a case by case basis and make it right. We will not accept exchanges on sale items.

Exchanges: The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have and once the package is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the exchange was approved or not. If approved, arrangements will be made for you to complete your exchange.
